About The Event
The Einstein Community Health Outreach (ECHO) Clinic is excited to invite you to our annual ECHO 5K Color Run! This year’s event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 23, at 10:30 a.m. We hope you’ll join us for this festive color run — a celebration involving colored powder and good fun — to raise funds and awareness for our ECHO Free Clinic, which offers free care to those without insurance.
Your registration fee of $15 for adults (free for children under 12 years old) supports the ECHO Free Clinic, through which Einstein students supervised by Montefiore physician volunteers offer healthcare services to uninsured individuals throughout the Bronx. All proceeds from donations will ensure that the clinic is able to offer its services.
The deadline to register is Friday, October 21, so don’t delay! The run promises to be a fun time for everyone; all abilities are welcome and encouraged to attend! We'll have giveaways, music, COLOR, and you’ll enjoy a fantastic time with friends supporting a great cause.
This year's run is a collaboration among ECHO, Einstein Running Club, Family and Social Medicine Interest Group, Cardiology Interest Group, Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group, Einstein Outdoor and Climbing Club, Muslim Student Association, Latin Medical Student Association, Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association, Plant Based at Einstein, Einstein Sustainability Club, the Office of Student Life, and WellMed.
