To unify and empower our members through networking, education and referrals in order we may: 

• Identify and rectify the disparities in the health of the Black community.

• Respond to the specific health care needs of the Black community.

• Achieve excellence in the delivery of quality medical care to the black community, which included health promotion and disease prevention. 

• Create and improve access to health care delivery systems that serve the black community

• Increase and enhance opportunities for advancement in the medical profession.
